Does it work with my carrier invoice format?
Yes. PostageSync uses a smart column mapping system — you select which column is the tracking number and which is the charge amount the first time you upload. Those settings are saved permanently. If a carrier changes their format, just re-map once and you're set.
Does it work with both PostalMate and ShipRite?
Yes. Both are fully supported. Export your quote data from either platform as an Excel file and upload it — PostageSync handles the rest.
What if I accidentally upload the same invoice twice?
PostageSync detects overlapping invoice date ranges and warns you before saving — so you don't end up with duplicate data inflating your dashboard totals. You can still proceed if you choose, or delete the duplicate from your history.
Can other members see my data?
Never. Every account is completely isolated. Your reconciliation history, carrier rates, and dispute data are private to your login only.
Do the dispute letters actually work?
Dispute letters are formal written requests for billing credits — carriers are required to review and respond. PostageSync generates properly formatted letters with all the shipment details carriers need to process a dispute. Results depend on the carrier and the nature of the discrepancy, but having a clear, documented dispute significantly improves your chances of getting a credit.
